Where information is used
- Registration and sign-in
- Phone number, verification code, account identifier, and security logs for account creation and protection
- Orders and support
- Name, phone, delivery address, product, order, logistics, support, and invoice information to fulfil transactions
- Places and weather
- Authorised location, saved places, place feedback, and queries to provide nearby candidates and environmental context
- Sessions and reports
- Route, speed, distance, time, heart rate, stroke rate, device sensor data, and user input to record sessions and create reports
- Media and highlights
- Front and rear camera media, audio, thumbnails, and selected clips for private replay or separately approved publication
- Product research
- Only material, labels, and consent records a user separately chooses to contribute for research or model training
Sensitive personal information
Precise location, continuous routes, heart rate, faces, and identifiable media may be sensitive. The relevant feature explains why the data is needed and the possible impact, and obtains separate consent where required. Before sharing, users can choose to hide precise location, faces, voice, and health indicators.
Public display and model training
- Personal sessions are private by default. Submitting a private launch place does not publish it automatically.
- Featured website media requires separate permission and a review of location, identity, and third-party rights.
- Model-training consent is not bundled with an account, purchase, or cloud sync. The website does not collect training contributions automatically. Submission requires an active choice and explicit consent.
- Users may withdraw permission where withdrawal remains possible. New use then stops and submitted material is handled under the applicable policy.
Service providers and disclosures
Necessary processing may be entrusted to cloud and object-storage, SMS, payment, logistics, weather, mapping, and customer-support providers. Before a service opens, the appropriate notice identifies the provider category, purpose, and information scope. A changed purpose or legally regulated disclosure follows the required notice and consent process.
Retention, security, and transfers
- Account information remains until cancellation or the necessary lawful period after service ends. Order, payment, invoice, and support records follow applicable legal retention rules.
- Security logs are normally kept for no more than 180 days, except when law or a security incident or dispute requires a necessary longer period.
- Safeguards include transport encryption, access control, key separation, least privilege, backups, audit records, and incident response.
- Personal information of mainland Chinese users is not transferred overseas by default. Any future transfer follows the required legal procedure first.
User rights and children
Users may use account settings or email eservice@topdms.cn to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or account cancellation. We verify identity and respond within the legally required or otherwise reasonable period.
The product is primarily for users with appropriate legal capacity. Processing personal information of a child under 14 requires guardian consent and a dedicated policy.
