Parties and acceptance
These terms are agreed between the user and Yangzhou Jiuxin Sports Technology Co., Ltd. Before registration, ordering, or using a feature that requires consent, the user must have a fair opportunity to read the applicable terms. Important provisions on price, support, safety, personal information, and liability are presented clearly and are not accepted through pre-selected boxes.
Accounts and security
- Users must provide lawful, valid information and protect verification codes, passwords, and signed-in devices.
- Accounts must not be rented, transferred, or used for unlawful activity. Contact eservice@topdms.cn if an account may be compromised.
- Users may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, or account cancellation. Records required for orders, tax, or disputes remain for the necessary legal period.
Products, price, and orders
- The product page and checkout show the current specification, price, stock, shipping cost, warranty, and safety limits.
- Users can review products, quantity, address, delivery method, discounts, and the total before submitting an order.
- We do not use fabricated sales, false reviews, invented reference prices, or default add-ons. Clear pricing errors are handled promptly and in good faith.
- If stock, dispatch, or order status changes, we contact the customer and provide lawful options such as waiting, changing the order, or receiving a refund.
Payment, delivery, and invoices
- Payments are processed by licensed providers shown at checkout. Server-side verification and order lookup determine payment status.
- Eligible refunds normally return through the original payment route. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
- Delivery area, dispatch estimate, cost, and oversized-item conditions appear before checkout. Acceptance of delivery does not remove rights relating to hidden defects.
- Customers may request a lawful invoice matching the transaction. Complete requests are normally processed within 10 working days after order completion.
Water-sport and product safety
Paddling is affected by weather, wind direction, current, water temperature, water level, visibility, vessel traffic, and local rules. Website and App information supports preparation. It cannot guarantee that water is safe at a particular time and does not replace observation, official warnings, rescue services, or qualified coaching.
Users should choose routes that match their ability, wear suitable flotation equipment and the correct leash, and plan the return leg, alternative exits, and communication. These warnings do not limit the operator's legal duties for product quality, disclosure, and consumer protection.
User content and permission
- Users retain the applicable rights in lawful photos, videos, sessions, and place information they submit.
- Saving a personal session does not grant public-display permission. Website highlights, marketing, and model training require separate, clear permission.
- Users must not submit content that infringes another person's image, privacy, copyright, or other lawful rights.
Changes and disputes
Changes that materially affect user rights are announced as required by law, and renewed consent is obtained where necessary. If shop service ends, unfinished orders, refunds, support, and personal information are handled properly.
